Mission Statement:  We are here to be a support group for LGBT teens and straight
allies, and create social opportunities in a safe place.  We are also here for networking
between local school GSAs.

Ground Rules:

• What's said in the group stays in the group.  (Confidentiality)
  
• No pressure on anyone to come out/tell their sexual orientation if they're not
  comfortable doing so.
  
• Be accepting, use respect.
  
• "Ouch" rule: If anyone says anything at all insensitive, say "ouch" to let them
  know it's inappropriate, move on to another topic, etc.
  
• Step up, step back: Everyone can add input, just don't take everyone else's time; let
  everyone have a chance to speak.
  

Meeting Days - twice a month

• First Wednesday of the Month, after or during part of the regular PFLAG
  meetings.  PFLAG meets at 7:30pm at the Unitarian Universalist Church.
  

Note to parents:  The PFLAG youth group always meets with adult supervision.
