allies, and create social opportunities in a safe place. We are also here for networking
between local school GSAs.

Ground Rules:
- What's said in the group stays in the group. (Confidentiality)
- No pressure on anyone to come out/tell their sexual orientation if they're not
comfortable doing so. - Be accepting, use respect.
- "Ouch" rule: If anyone says anything at all insensitive, say "ouch" to let them
know it's inappropriate, move on to another topic, etc. - Step up, step back: Everyone can add input, just don't take everyone else's time; let
everyone have a chance to speak.
- First Wednesday of the Month, after or during part of the regular PFLAG
meetings. PFLAG meets at 7:30pm at the Unitarian Universalist Church.
